The science on NAD+ is still TBD, but I will focus on this capsule compared to others. This supplement was a little different in that it contained a few different ingredients. For example, tumeric and CoQ10 are some popular supplements. Looking at the doses of everything, it does seem a bit smaller, however a single capsule can simplify your routine. My body felt fine after taking these supplements and I did not experience any adverse affects. I would say the capsule size is a bit bigger than the other NAD+ supplements I have tried, but still do-able due to the smooth shape. No initial taste and no after taste that comes up.

Even though I don't think I'm old (my wife stopped aging at 29 apparently) I do think it's about time I start taking a little more care of my body and overall health. The capsules themselves have no smell or taste which I like, plus the serving size is just one per day.
